Investing is easy

Investing is easy, but the environment seems to work to confuse you.

There are multiple names for the same thing all over the financial industry (example - equities = stocks; lender = mortgagee = bank; etc).

An example is mutual fund fees which are called expense ratios, loads or sales costs - they're all the same thing. The industry in some ways preys on a confused public.  Don't let it intimidate you.

The financial industry is middle school math with big words.
