Work ethic

Your work ethic ranks much higher than where you went to school or what your grades were.  You’ll realize real quick that job interviews don’t cover your GPA.  All anyone cares about is whether or not you will work your ass off.

But again, find something you like to do.  Your drive may lay dormant until you find work you enjoy. “I was an ass-dragger in my first job out of college.  I learned that I needed to have a stake in the company to motivate me.  After that, I didn't really get tired.”
