Games are funner than workouts.

All exercise is good - even treadmills.  But finding a physical hobby, that feels like fun rather than a chore, might be easier when building lifelong habits.

“Hobbies protect you” - Steve Nganga. Which I take to mean that when life (job, relationships, etc) stresses you out, you must find that thing that reminds you that it’s all ok and in spite of it all, life can be so good.
