Don’t stress
/Don’t stress too much about what you eat. No, you can't eat sticks of butter for breakfast, but staying physically active is more important (especially nowadays as most people have desk jobs). Live by this: An approximately mediterranean diet - DONE. Now spend the rest of your energy making sure you don't sit on your ass all day.
Great supporting article here. We have evolved to eat a fresh omnivorous diet. We also evolved to not sit in a chair all day.
